We’re passionate about homemade pasta and we want to share our traditional Italian pasta making secrets with you. Why? Because nothing beats the taste of fresh homemade pasta and sauces, no additives, preservatives or added nasties here – just fabulous fresh Mediterranean style ingredients!

At Goodness Me we have been on a journey for the past 15+ years to create recipes that embrace fresh seasonal ingredients and flavours that capture the essence of dishes that we have tasted on our travels around the world. But we didn’t just stop there, we wrote these recipes down and made sure they were easy to follow so you could make and enjoy them in your own home.

Our latest cookbook explores the age old Italian traditions of fresh homemade egg pasta. What makes this pasta different is its full bodied, packed with protein and complex carbohydrates and has a lower GI index than mass produced pasta and other starchy carbohydrates making it a true healthy, power packed, fast food. Plus it’s so quick and easy anyone, even children, can make it.
