Waikato’s favourite food and drink showcase is returning to Claudelands Events Centre, Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 July. The two-day event is set to turn up the heat this winter, thanks to the line-up of cooking demonstrations, delectable edibles and amazing show-only specials.
Along with celebrating the region's local restaurants, cafes and chefs, the Show also showcases producers, winemakers and the latest products.
Bring the whole family and take time to talk to the owners and artisan producers to learn more about how your food is produced. Watch the stars as they entertain you whilst demonstrating their favourite recipes live on stage in the Heathcotes Cooking Theatre. Demonstrations are always packed full of tips and tricks that will leave you inspired to get creative in your own kitchen.
From the simplest of meals to more sophisticated recipes and techniques, learn from your favourite Instagram personalities as they demonstrate and share their knowledge on all things health and wellbeing in the Wholesome Hub. Think nutritionists, wellness warriors and everything in-between. Topics include cooking with no waste, vegan dishes and gut health.

Now into its seventh year, The Great NZ Food Show is Hamilton's only dedicated food show. With the return of events after a year of cancellations, we encourage you to get out and support your local foodie scene more than ever. Tickets will go on sale for the 2022 show on Wednesday 1 June at 10am from www.greatnzfoodshow.co.nz. Access to the live demos is included in your entry ticket.
