With the accreditation of NZ Food Safety and HACCP Certified and Accredited, we specialise in both swing carcasses and boxed product. This includes boning, cutting and packaging to customers specifications.
We use a proven traditional processing method to reduce pelt and carcass damage. Our waterless processing ensures a longer shelf life. Our onsite ‘Tender Chill’ system maintains a consistent tender process. All of this is complimented with our own refrigerated distribution fleet that allows us to maintain the highest quality of your product during transit to your door.
