  • If you have food on your site, you will need to supply a food registration certificate unless your product comes under the category of 'Manufacturer packaged' or 'Shelf Stable' (Eg packet of chips.)

  • Exhibitor Pass Entitlement: Exhibitors will receive 4 passes per stand (maximum of 6 for multiple sites.) Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased at $20.00 each (incl GST). Discounted One Day Passes can also be brought for $12 each (incl GST).

LIQUOR LICENCE AND FOOD PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

If you intend to sell liquor and/or food, you will require a special liquor licence and/or must hold and supply a food registrations certificate to sell food. Further details and the Alcohol Management Plan for the event, will be provided with the exhibitor manual.
